End User License Agreement (EULA)

Note: HairStudio on iOS is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless otherwise stated. This document supplements (but does not replace) Apple's Standard EULA for iOS users, and serves as the primary license agreement for Android users.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, HairStudio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the HairStudio app on a device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except to the extent permitted by law.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the app to anyone else.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the app.
Use the app in a way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The app, including its code, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding photos you upload), is owned by HairStudio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant HairStudio the rights described in our Terms of Service to process the photo and deliver the result to you. We do not claim ownership of your photos or your generated results.

5. Third-party content

The app uses third-party services (including Supabase and Replicate) to provide its features. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the app. Updates may add, change, or remove features. This EULA governs all such updates unless they come with a separate agreement.

7. Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate any of its terms. On termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HairStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.

9. Apple-specific terms (iOS only)

If you downloaded HairStudio from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

This EULA is between you and HairStudio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it.
